Abed Rabbo accused Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu of preventing a secret meeting between Abbas and Israeli President Shimon Peres in Jordan on Sunday [July 31], the purpose of which was to find a way to avoid the impending “diplomatic crisis” in September.
