Day 1: Sunday 13th June

Ben Gurion:     Arrival at the Airport, met by a Zealous representative

Accommodation: Jerusalem

 (Note: If you arrive earlier than Sunday the 13th you will need to pay for extra night’s accommodation).

 

Day 2: Monday 14th June

Caesarea National Park

Muhrakah:      Valley of Armageddon

Nazareth Village: A reconstruction of life in the first century

Accommodation: North

 

Day 3: Tuesday 15th June  

Tel Dan:           The site of worship of the Golden Calves   (1 Kings 12:28-29)

Nimrod’s Fortress: The ancient ruins of Israel’s largest crusader fortress

Valley of Tears: Watch a Movie about a hero of the 1973 Yom Kippur War and the impact

his personal story had on the future of the State Israel

Mt Benthal:      The Valley of Tears, the sight of one of the fiercest battles in the 1973 Yom Kippur War

North of Israel: Discover the North of Israel on Quad Bikes/ATVs

Day 4: Wednesday 16th June

Mt. Beatitudes: Overlooks the sea of Galilee

Capernaum:    Where the Synagogue of Capernaum has been rediscovered and partially restored by archaeologists

Tabgha:           Where Jesus asked Peter “do you love me?”

Ancient Boat:  2000 year old fishing boat

Sea of Galilee: Boat Ride

Yardenit:         Jordan River baptismal sight

Accommodation:  Tiberias

 

Day 5: Thursday 17th June  

Beit Shean:      Excellent archeological site of the city mentioned in 1 Samuel 31:1-10

Qumran:          The site of the Dead Sea Scrolls and the Essene community

Kfar Hnokdim: Camel ride

Accommodation: Kfar Hanokdim - Stay the night at this Bedouin village

 

Day 6: Friday 18th June  

Masada:          Hike up the ramp to the top of Masada, the palace-fortress of Herod the Great, used by the Zealots in the Great Jewish Revolt against Rome. Descend by cable car down Masada.

Dead Sea Spa: Float in the Dead Sea!

Ein Gedi:         Where David hid from Saul as recorded in 1 Samuel 23:29.

Day 7 - Saturday 19th June  

Mt. of Olives:   Where Jesus is coming back to

Dominus Flavit:            An amazing view of Jerusalem where the Lord wept over the city – Luke 19:41-44

Garden of Gethsemane, where Jesus wept

House of Caiaphas: Where part of Jesus’ trial occurred – Mt 26:57


 

Garden Tomb: A site believed to be the burial place of Jesus

Day 8 - Sunday 20th June

Kotel Tunnels:  The archeological site surrounding the ancient temples

Via Dolorosa & Holy Sepulcher

Jewish Quarter of the Old City

Temple Mount The site of the two temples

Western Wall:  The holiest site in Judaism

City of David:  The original site of from the time of .

Hezekiah’s Tunnel: A 533 meter long tunnel, mentioned in 2 Chronicles 32:30

Day 9 – Monday 21st June  

Yad Vashem:   Holocaust Memorial Museum

BFP:                  Outreach Center

David Project:  An Israel Advocacy organization helps us understand the political dynamics of the modern state of Israel

Accommodation: Jerusalem

 

Day 10 – Tuesday 22nd June  

Project in Community. Be prepared to have a great experience as we bless the people of Israel.

Day 11 – Wednesday 23rd June  

Project in Community

Accommodation: Jerusalem

 

Day 12 – Thursday 24th June  

A free day to explore the Old & New City of Jerusalem

Leave for airport
