Financial Crisis Increases Anti-Semitism

Already there has been increased anti-Semitic chatter on Internet finance sites. Conspiracy theories linking Jews and Israel to the global financial meltdown are taking on global reach. The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) keeps a close watch on such incidents. Their Web site has this to say:

You may be saying, “How can I help? It must be very expensive to rescue a Jewish person.” We only ask US $400 to help one Jewish person “return to their home.” But if you can’t give that amount, any amount will help. We must rescue them before it is too late. AntiSemitism is increasing in alarming ways. This is the time for our action on their behalf. After World War II, many looked back and mourned that they hadn’t done more, that they hadn’t realized the final end of Hitler’s antiSemitism in time to make a difference. We can learn from history and not wait until it is too late. Won’t you partner with God in helping to fulfill His plan to bring His people home to Israel? This is the “set time” to favor Zion (Psalm 102:13–14, KJV).
